Letter from the President: January 2024

Buon Anno! Happy New Year! Have a promising and fulfilling 2024!

January looks forward to the new year and back to the old year. It sees both past and future.

The past year brought exciting change and new growth to our club. I am so thankful to be the President of such a nice group of ladies, and also for the individual contribution of each member to the success of the club. Many events and activities were organized, and many more are planned for this year. This month’s calendar is already full of many events. Please check and register in advance.

The New Year also brings some changes. We will start our coffee morning section in a different location. We will meet at Giulietta al Lago, Cafè and Restaurant, in Viale Geno 12, Como, enjoying the beautiful view of the lake in front of a cup of cappuccino and interesting talks. It is a nice quiet place and there is a large parking area in front.

This January our networking activities will start up officially with an aperitivo on Sunday January 28th, at Teatro Sociale di Como. This club year we have started an interesting collaboration with the Teatro Sociale di Como. Every month we share on Telegram the theater program and some dedicated events are also planned. The aperitivo is a unique opportunity to visit the theater with a guide. This will be followed by an aperitivo – a good occasion to socialize, connect with new people, start new friendship and collaborations.
